• Ditambahkan, database pengenal dan pembersih 72 viruslokal/asing/varian baru yang dilaporkan menyebar di Indonesia. Total 769 virus beserta variannya yang banyak beredar di Indonesia telah dikenal di RC16 ini oleh engine internal PCMAV.
• Improvisasi, error handling yang lebih baik untuk engine ClamAV.
• Improvisasi, error handling yang lebih baik untuk melaporkan segala bentuk error yang terjadi pada saat PCMAV RTP aktif.
• Improvisasi, algoritma engine DeepClean agar perbaikan registry yang berkaitan dengan virus BlueFantasy dapat lebih dituntaskan.
• Optimasi, algoritma untuk membersihkan lebih tuntas segala virus jenis VBS.
• Diperbaiki, bug PCMAV RTP yang mengakibatkan hilangnya "Automatic Update" pada Windows XP. Hal ini disebabkan ter-load-nya library API secara dynamic yang ternyata tidak kompatibel dengan system.
• Diperbaiki, bug PCMAV RTP yang mengakibatkan error saat menjalankan beberapa aplikasi multimedia dan office. Hal ini disebabkan kurang optimalnya fungsi filter file, sehingga terjadi "antrian" yang terlalu panjang yang menyebabkan Windows menjadi tidak "sabar" dan menyerobot "antrian" tersebut.
• Optimasi, penggunaan thread IPC. PCMAV RTP diharapkan dapat lebih stabil dibanding versi sebelumnya.
• Improvisasi, kini paket PCMAV RTP hanya terdiri dari satu file tunggal (PCMAV-RTP.EXE). Mulai Beta6, PCMAV RTP tidak lagi membutuhkan file RTPHOOK.DLL dan RTPSCAN.DLL.
• Ditambahkan, informasi tambahan pada log file hasil pemeriksaan oleh PCMAV. Kini log file lebih mudah dipahami.
• Perubahan beberapa nama virus mengikuti varian baru yang ditemukan.
• Perbaikan beberapa minor bug dan improvisasi kode internal untuk memastikan bahwa PCMAV Cleaner & PCMAV RealTime Protector lebih dari sekadar antivirus biasa.

The Southern Air Temple

a.Ditambahkan, database pengenal dan pembersih 65 virus lokal / asing / varian baru yang dilaporkan menyebar di Indonesia. Total 697 virus beserta variannya yang banyak beredar di Indonesia telah dikenal di RC15 ini oleh engine internal PCMAV.

b.Improvisasi, tambahan hook untuk API operasi file di PCMAV RTP Beta5. Kini RTP mampu mencegat file bervirus, bahkan sebelum dieksekusi. Rasakan sendiri perbedaannya dengan RTP sebelumnya.

c.Improvisasi, algoritma GeneticHeuristic untuk pendeteksian varian virus baru yang belum dikenal. Kini lebih banyak varian dari virus, terutama yang bersifat opensource, yang dapat dikenali.
