Finance & Accounting Director ,

Responsibilities: ,

This position is a key role in the management team. It entails the full scope of finance and controlling responsibilities and effective business partnering. ,
Lead a team of finance professionals in performing accounting and reporting, compliance and controlling, planning and analysis, treasury and tax activities for the Company. ,
Drive all Finance & Accounting, MIS, Controllership and Cash Management functions. ,
Manage the preparation of weekly, monthly and special requirements to Branch and Group Headquarters, including implementing new reporting schedules and improving reporting tools. ,
Deliver pro-active recommendation and support to implement optimization/efficiency initiatives on company-wide basis. ,
Provide strategic support to business units through accurate and timely financial & Accounting and performance information and other analytical studies. ,

Requirements: ,

Male/Female, Max 40 years old. ,
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from reputable University, min GPA 3.00.
At least 10 years of working experience in the related field and min. 5 years in the same position. ,
Strong knowledge of Indonesia accounting practices and tax regulations is advantageous.
Proficient English level; strong cost accounting and controlling background; exposed to accounting consolidation and multi plant and multi entity reporting. ,
Property, real estate & Development Industry experience with strong culture of cost management is preferred. ,
A hand on professional, a team player with the drive and energy to manage change and influence people by providing practical solutions. ,
Good personality, Team work compatible, self motivation, and good command of English (written & Spoken). ,
With certain pressure, Honest, discipline, and tough. ,
Willing to be posted in Jakarta. ,
