HRD Manager (Code H1)

Requirements:

· Male Max 35 years old

· Min Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, managemement or related background

· Min 2 years experience in the same position and have a strong understanding about labour law and its practices

· Strong knowledge of HR Development, Industrial Relations especially liaise and communications with government and society

· Having knowledge of Environmentally, Health and Safety on manufacture.

· Excellent team player & Good interpersonal skill

· English proficiency (oral & written)

Marketing Supervisor (Code: H2)

Requirements:

· Male/ Female Max 35 years old.

· Bachelor Degree, Business, Marketing or related area preferred

· Min 2 years experience in the same position, have a strong entrepreneurial work ethic and very good on computer skills including Excel and Power Point.

· Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.

· Possess initiative and drive to solve problems with limited direction and raise analyses beyond reporting

· Ability to manage multiple projects / processes at one time. Be able to handle increasingly more responsibility as new platforms are launched.

· Understand customers businesses and develop strong value proposition of company's solution.

Costing Supervisor (Code: H3)

Requirements:

· Male/ Female Max 35 years old.

· Bachelor Degree, Business, Marketing or related area preferred

· Min 2 years experience in the same position (preferable on shoe manufacture), and very good on computer skills including Excel and Power Point.

· Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.

· Possess initiative and drive to solve problems with limited direction and raise analyses beyond reporting.

· Age below 28 years old.

· D3 / S1 Administration/ Management

· Good English, both oral and written

· Responsible, high motivated, and fast learner.

· Excellent in MS Office and internet skills

· Having relevant experience, preferable on shoe manufacture

Costing Staff (Code: Css)

Requirements:

· Age below 28 years old.

· D3 / S1 Administration/ Management

· Good English, both oral and written

· Responsible, high motivated, and fast learner.

· Excellent in MS Office and internet skills

· Having relevant experience, preferable on shoe manufacture

Consumption Staff (Code: Cs)

Requirements:

· Age below 28 years old.

· D3 / S1 Administration/ Management

· Good English, both oral and written

· Responsible, high motivated, and fast learner.

· Excellent in MS Office and internet skills

· Having relevant experience, preferable on shoe manufacture

Payroll/ Cashier (Code: Ps)

Requirements:

Age below 28 years old.
Education: bachelor degree from Accounting or Business
Experience: At least 2 years in manufacture industry
Good knowledge in Payroll or cashier concept.
Good knowledge in budget activities.
Must be familiar with MS Office especially Excel.
Able to work in team as well as individually, able to work under pressure, fast learner and have a great working attitude.
