We are looking for HR Manager - Recruitment/Resourcing to be based at Jakarta for one of our clients, Our client is one of the renowned MNC in Distribution Business.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the quality of the "Demand and Supply" of Recruitments by activities such as ensuring & improving completeness and accuracy of demand data by proactive check, metrics reporting, follow-up and corrections .
Manage the quality of the supply side by allocating resources judicially and as per norms.

The ideal candidate should have the following competencies / personal characteristics:

Male/Female, Max 35 years old
Bachelor Degree majoring in HR / Psychology, MBA is preffered
Knowledge and overview of different technological skills
Minimum 6-8yrs experience in the recruitment industry with focus on Technical Recruitments.
Candidate should be a expert in Resourcing with Experience in International recruitments - ESSENTIAL.
Good at networking, building & maintaining relationships across the organization.
Strong internal Customer Service Orientation, Initiative and drive
Ability to work with a team of senior people
Effective manpower planning for the division.
Effective implementation of Recruitment Processes
Candidate should be able to exploit all resources for hiring people at faster speed
Excellent communication skills ESSENTIAL.
Assertiveness and Persuasion skills
Good Planning and organizing abilities.
