A group of Indonesian legal advisers consisting of associated firms in Jakarta and Singapore is giving big opportunities for all dynamics and professionals persons to fill the position in our company as:

 

SECRETARY

 

1. Female, age maximum 28 years old
2. Minimum bachelor degree majoring in Secretary or Law
3. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience (Law Firm/Legal Consultant is preferred)
4. Computer literate especially Windows and Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
5. Excellent communication skill in English and Bahasa both verbal and written
6. Trustworthy and attention to details is a must
7. Service minded, mature, independent and reliable
8. Well organised and multi tasking person with pleasant personality
9. Able to keep confidentiality of information and documents
10. Diligent and able to work based on deadline, self motivated with a positive working attitude
11. Immediate available will be an advantage
