PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR (Job Code: PSV-H) C. PERSONNEL STAFF (Job Code: PSS-H) Qualifications required: S1 Degree or profession degree in Psychology (A), S1 Degree in Law (B & C) Experience min. 2 years in the same position (A & B), 1 year in the same position (C) Familiar with psychological assessment tools and test result interpretation, sourcing methods, and  high volume man power requisition(A) Experience in Industrial Relation Programs and comprehensive understanding as well as knowledge of man power & employment regulations/law, Personnel Administrations works such as OT, Jamsostek, Medical claim, absence, promotion, reward & punishment (B & C) Has a good leadership skill (A & B) Excellent in filling & reporting system, able to work in the fast pace and under pressure situation Open to learn new things and have high standard of achievement and commitment Good inter-personal & communication skill If your qualification match to the requirement and interested to apply, please submit your complete application letter, detail resume, and recent photograph to: Recruitment & Selection Department PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Jl.
