VACANCY FOR SPA THERAPIST IN DUBAI
Position: Spa Therapist
Location: Dubai ( U.A.E )
Min. Experience 3 years Five stars Spa Hotel & Resort
Basic Salary: 2000 dhs (two thousand dirhams) permonth
Food allowance: 500 dhs (five hundred dirhams) per month
Commission: 750 dhs (seven hundred & fifty dirhams)
guaranteed service commission per month for 2 years
* Commissions are based on your performance 3% - 20 %
* Retail Commission - 5% commission on all sales
Accommodation: To be provided on a sharing basis with other staff
Transportation: To be provided to and from the spa from staff accommodation
Utilities : To be provided
Uniform: To be provided (3 sets)
Working Hours: 48 hours a week (Split into agreed shifts)
Probationary Period: 6 months
Notice Period: 2 months (60 days)
Contract Term : 2 years fixed contract
Medical: To be provided as per UAE labor laws
Sick Leave: First 15 days full pay
The following 30 days will be paid at half pay
After 45 days - no paid sick leave
Annual Leave: 30 days a year paid leave.
Air Ticket: One annual air ticket will be
provided to
home country after one fully completed year of service. The fare will be
the most economical available.
