An Energy business involved in the oil and gas industry is immediately seeking highly motivated and experience professional to fill position:     RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICER   Requirements: ·         S1 degree from Psychology, Management or Business. ·         At least 5 years experience in recruiting & training in oil & gas sector industries. ·         Good knowledge on human resource and understanding with all qualifications and adequate knowledge of job description in EPC Company. ·         Good coordination with all users (department head / project manage r, etc) ·         Familiar with training need analysis, competency & development. ·         Communication skills, professional attitude, organized and keep secret ·         Computer literate, well organized & English proficiency.                                     Please send your CV and resume to enk.recruitment@yahoo.com (Only candidates who are shortlisted & ready to join will be given preference)
